I am a lifelong lover of pretty things and sparkle!  As a kid, I made my own high heel shoes and begged my Mom for shopping trips to the "big city" of Duluth! 

My first "un-official" balloon job was my daughter's kindergarten birthday party, with dollar store balloons and no pump!
